20 Pull-ups
30 Push-ups
40 Sit-ups
50 Squats
Rest precisely three minutes between each round.

    Breakfast-3 eggs w/ mushrooms, spinach, tomatoe, 2 cups coffee w/ creamor.
    Snack-orange, pecans, stew
    Lunch-spinach salad w\tomatoe, asparagus, salmon, parmasean cheese, pecans & vinagrette dressing
    Dinner-Ribs, brocolli and cawliflower
    64+oz water
