    breakfast-3 eggs w/ mushrooms, spinach, tomatoe, 2 cups coffee w/creamor
    snack-orange
    lunch-spinach salad w/tomatoe asparagus, turkey, avacado, parmasean cheese & vinagrette dressing
    snack- apple,
    dinner-steak, artichoke
    desert-more fruit! rasberries, blueberries, blackberries
    48+ oz water

    somehow I am doing ok without the frosted flakes!
