Run for 1 minute, rest for 1 minute.
Run for 1 minute rest for 1 minute.
Continue this cycle for a total of 40 minutes, 20 minutes of running and 20 rest.)
Run goal is 2.5 miles. If you do not finish the 2.5 miles, continue the minute on and minute off until you do.
*Penalty for not finishing in time, 10 burpees for every extra minute ran.
