Warm up: Run 1 mile

Strength: Rest

WOD: 5 rounds of:
-1 power clean
-2 push press
-1 front squat
-1 thruster
Rest 90 seconds between rounds
Then
5 100m sprints
Rest is walk back to starting point.

Post weight used for wod.
