Warm up:  Choice

Strength:  None

WOD:  For Time:
             10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1
             -Hand Release Push Ups
             -Ball Slams 30#/25#
              Then
             1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10
             -Pull Ups
             -Ball Slams 30#/25#

FOCUS on doing the Ball Slams correctly!!!  Dont just drop the ball, SLAM it!  Get full extension overhead and slam the ball!
