Warm up: Choice

Strength:  None

WOD: For max reps
            4 cycles of:
            2x bar dips 30 seconds on 30 seconds off
            2x supine ring pull ups 30 seconds on 30 seconds off
            2x knees to elbows 30 seconds on 30 seconds off
           
This will be 8 total rounds of each movement.

Post total reps for each.
