WOD:  3 Rounds Each for time:
             -Run 800m
             -20 GHD Sit ups
             -20 Kettle Swings 55#/35#
             -10 Knees to Elbows
             -10 Burpees
             Rest 4 minutes between rounds.

Post time for each round.
