Strength:  In WOD

WOD:  4 rounds Not for time
             -10 Body Weight Back Squats
             -15 GHD Sit ups
             -15 Back Extensions
             -10 Weighted Step ups with Barbell on back 50% Body Wt Guys to 18" box, girl 12"

Post weight used for squats and step ups.
