Warm up:  Dynamic

Strength:  Back Squat 3 sets 8 reps.
                GO HEAVY!!!!
                Rest 4 minutes between sets

WOD:  4 rounds for time:
             -Row 250 meters
             -10 Box jumps
             -20 GHD sit ups
             -20 Wall balls 20# / 14#
             -50 Double unders

Post Squat weight and time.
