Hopefully everyone is still functioning after AJ's birthday wod! Definitely awful as advertised!

Spend 30-45 minutes working mobility and stretching.

WOD:  AMRAP 10 minutes
             -5 burpees
             -10 Kettle swings 55# / 35#
             -10 Ball slams 40# / 30#
