Warm up: Choice

Strength:  In WOD

WOD:  "SQUAT HELL"
              With 50% of your 1 rep max:
               AMRAP 3 minutes
               -Back Squat
               Rest 2 minutes
               AMRAP 2 minutes Back Squat
               Rest 1 minute
               AMRAP 1 minute Back Squat

Post # of Squats for each round and weight used.
