Warm up: Dynamic

Strength:  FRONT SQUATS 5x3 (5 sets of 3 reps)
                 All 5 work sets should be the same weight.

WOD:  For time:
             -60 Calorie Row
             -30 Kettle Swings 55# / 35#
             -50 Wall Balls 20# / 14#

Post Front Squat weight and time.
