Accessory Work: Hand stand something (Walk, push ups, hold, wall walks) 10 mins.

       Complete for Time:
   100- Pull Ups
   100- Push Ups
   100- Sit Up (ab mat)
   100- Air Squats

YOU MUST COMPLETE EACH MOVEMENT BEFORE GOING ONTO THE NEXT MOVEMENT!! YOU CANNOT  BREAK THE MOVEMENTS UP INTO ROUNDS.
