Warm up: 2x  run 100m, butt kickers, Spider-Man lunges, jump squats, light kbs, passthroughs, goodmornings.

Strength: 5x3 bench press
 
WOD: For Time
            Run 800m
            50 wallballs 20/14
            30 burpee box jump overs 24/20
            20 alternating dumbbell snatches 50/35
            Run 800m

Substitute for dumbbell snatch: Single arm alternating dumbbell clean and jerk
