02/28/10-Sunday Paleo Challenge contest results

Nice job everyone! Looking at the photos everyone showed marked improvement. I am impressed with Scott. He was my #1 vote. When we started I thought someone else would be taking his skinny butt's money. He only lost 1/2 a pound, but it shows what Paleo can do for you. I lost a total of 10 pounds and felt great. Now that I am off of Paleo, and eating crappy, I can really feel it......blah :(
So, I want to do this again, real soon! I have talked to Katy (ask her how bad I kicked her butt at ping pong on Sunday) and she had agreed to do the next nutrition talk, she can really go into depth at the cell level. Let me know what you think..........shorter (that's what I think, ) longer, lower entry fee, higher entry fee.......give me some feed back.

Marine Capt. Garrett T. "Tubes" Lawton, 31, of Charleston, West Virginia was killed by an IED strike in Herat Province, Afghanistan on August 4, 2008. He is survived by his wife, Trisha, and two sons, Ryan, 6, and Caden, 4.

this afternoon......they kicked my ass! Gotta tell
them thanks for pushing me through the WOD.
The WOD: 13-11-9-7-5-3-1 of:
-Body weight bench -50#, I did 185# (Rx should have been about 215.)
-pull ups
-25 Double unders per round
Time:31:51 ass kicker!

work out in the Roseburg High School gym/weight room.
Nice people, except for firefighter's over 40. CrossFit is such
an awsome community, where else can you go to a different town,
workout with strangers and feel like you already belong.
