Warm up:  Choice

Strength:  Work to a heavy 1 rep push press

WOD:  AMRAP 20 minutes
             Run 100m
             then 2 rounds
             -5 Pull ups
             -10 Push ups
             -15 air squats

Post push press weight and number of rounds.
