Strength: In WOD
WOD: 5 UNBROKEN Rounds NOT for time:
-10 Bench Press
-10 Toes to Bars
-10 Bar dips
-10 Back extensions with a 2 count hold at the top
-10 Supine ring pull ups
Choose weight on Bench Press. GOAL IS UNBROKEN sets. Rest enough between movements to ensure that you can get all 10 reps!
Post weight used and # of breaks.
