Gymnastic Skill Work - 30 mins
*work on handstands, free handstands, bar muscle ups, rope climbs, rings, ect.

Then do: as many rounds in 12 minutes of:
2 Power Snatches @ 80% of 1 RM
2 Round of 3 Pull Ups, 5 Push Ups, 7 Air Squats
