             Box Jumps 24"/20"
             1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10
             Kettle Swings 70#/55#
           
             20 Double unders after each round

First round is 10 box jumps, 1 kettle swing and 20 double unders. Then 9 box jumps 2 kettles and 20 double unders.  All the way until 1 box jump 10 kettles and 20 double unders.
