Just plug in your stats; Height, weight, some measurements........... and they do the math. You'll get a body fat % and what ZONE count you should be.
Plug in WOD times on your "created profile" and it will graph your progress. They follow the CrossFit main site WODs. They also allow us to link CF APE as a gym and follow our members as a group. Working on that part now.

In this workout you move from each of five stations after a minute.The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. This is a five-minute round from which a one-minute break is allowed before repeating. On call of "rotate", the athletes must move to next station immediately for best score. One point is given for each rep, except on the rower where each calorie is one point.
Ten rounds for time of: 3 Weighted Pull-ups, 45 pounds 5 Strict Pull-ups 7 Kipping Pull-up
For weighted pull-ups place a 45 pound dumbbell between the legs above crossed ankles and jettison the dumbbell after third rep and continue with strict pull-ups and then the kipping pull-ups. Coming off the bar or going to ground constitutes termination of a set.
