WHAT IS CROSSFIT:
CrossFit is a core and strength conditioning program.  The structure of CrossFit is designed to optimize physical competence in each ten recognized fitness domains which include the following: Cardiovascular and Respiratory Endurance, Stamina, Strength, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Coordination, Agility, Balance, and Accuracy.  This is achieved through constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity! The workouts are designed to be challenging to the most elite athlete with the scalability to meet the needs of those just beginning CrossFit.  "Your needs and the Olympic athlete's differ by degree not kind." -Greg Glassman, Founder of CrossFit. 



Bio: We are the original CrossFit gym of Klamath Falls. We were the 3rd affiliate gym to open in Oregon which was March 2008. We opened CrossFit APE for a place to work out and enjoy the company of others that enjoy the same satisfaction and results as we do.  

CrossFit is designed for you regardless what your fitness level is. Here at CrossFit APE, the only thing we ask of you is to be willing to always give 100% effort. If you give 100% effort, you will not be disappointed with your results.  

Last thing...CrossFit was build on being one Community.. with that said.... We don't care what CrossFit gym you go whether you live in the same town as we do or live in a different town, state or even country. We all have at least one thing in common and that is that we want to keep improving our overall well-being. We enjoy watching others around us push themselves to be better than yesterday.

We offer Athlete strength and conditioning programs that are specifically designed for specific sports. Contact us for more info.

  4. There are some interesting points in time in this article but I don?t know if I see all of them center to heart. There is some validity but I will take hold opinion until I look into it further. Good article , thanks and we want more! Added to FeedBurner as well..
