             -Kettle Swings 70# / 55#
             1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10
             -Hand Release Push ups
           
             -20 Double Unders after each round

Round 1 will be 10 kettles 1 push up and 20 dus then 9 kettles 2 push ups and 20 due, and so on.
