  1. Pete,
The Hang Power Cleans are not squat cleans! Just thought I would let you guys know before you killed everyone who gets there early.
    Loves!
    Jake

2.15. What's the difference among the clean (and snatch) types?
Squat clean aka Full Clean aka Clean = start from the floor, catch in a full squat.
Hang clean = start from the hang position (above or below the knees), catch in the full squat position.
Power clean = start from the floor, catch in a quarter or half squat position aka the power position.
Hang power clean = start from the hang position above or below the knees, catch in the quarter or half squat.
    "Hang" describes where you start.
    "Power" describes where you catch.

And, let us not forget the great Exercises & Demos page:

  2. Jake,

Thanks for the clarification. Makes it at bit more bearable, but isn't going to take the bite out.

  3. Wow Jake, I'm only trying to make us stronger (I did it for you really.) If you really want Jason and Allison to fail at the games we'll stick with "regular" Power Cleans, but only because you want to. Fine.........I changed it. XOXO
    Peter

And Lewis, you big girl, quit bitching!
