Starting with where you left off on thrusters work to a tough 1 rep.
WOD: 5- 1 minute rounds of:
-7 Burpee box jumps 24" / 20"
-Row for calories
Rest 3 minutes between rounds.
Post weight for thrusters and front squats and calories for Each round.
