Warm up: 2 rounds jog down and back two times, Bear crawl, 5 firehydrants per leg, pigeon stretch, 5 empty bar power cleans, 5 push press.

WOD: 12 min amrap
            15 air squats
            7 power cleans 115/85
            5 handstand push ups
            12/9 cal bike
