Warm up:  Choice

Strength:  Bench Press 1 rep max

WOD:  Tabata Intervals  20 seconds on 10 seconds off
             -4 Rounds ab mat sit ups with weight 25# / 10#
             Rest 1 minute
             -4 Rounds bar dips
             Rest 1 minute
             -4 Rounds Pull ups

Post Bench weight and reps completed.
