30 DB snatches
10 box jump overs
20 DB snatches
10 box jump overs
10 DB snatches
10 box jump overs
Scale weight down if needed.
If you have never done dumbbell snatches you can sub with dumbbell clean and jerks. (Alternating arms) Or kbs.
