WOD: 30 secs on / 30 seconds off for a total of 3 Mins of:
            Airdyne for Calories
            Rest 1 minute
            30 secs on / 30 seconds off for a total of 3 Mins of:
            Bar Dips
            Rest 1 minute
            30 secs on / 30 seconds off for a total of 3 Mins of:
            Ab Mat Sit Ups
            Rest 1 minute
           30 secs on / 30 seconds off for a total of 3 Mins of:
           Air Squats

 Post weight and total reps of each movement.
