WOD:  Tabata (20 seconds on 10 seconds off)
                2 Cycles
             -4 rounds Push Ups
             -4 rounds Supine Ring Pull ups
             -4 rounds Burpees
             -4 rounds Kettle Swings 55#/35#
              Rest 2 minutes between cycles

Post total reps for each exercise.
