Warmup:  Ride Bike for 12 minutes, vary the intensity.

Strength: Bench 3 sets of 20 reps 145#.  Or same weight used on 12-13-2010


WOD:  10 Rounds for Time of:
             5- Supine Rings Pull Ups
            7- Push Ups
           10- Ball Slams
           10- GHD Sit Ups
