Strength:  Front Squat 3 sets 10 reps

WOD:  For time:
            -Run washburn loop
            -50 wall balls 20#/10#
            -Run 1200m
            -35 wall balls 20#/10#
            -Run 800m
            -20 wall balls 20#/10#

Post front squat weight and time.
