Strength:  Squat 4 sets 7 reps

WOD:  3 rounds for time BUT put emphasis on form and explosive movements
            -20 Box Jumps 30"/24"
            -10 Knees to Elbows
            -10 Power Cleans 155#/105#
           
Post Squat Weight and total time.
