Warm up:  Choice

Strength:  Bench 3 sets 20 reps

WOD:  5 rounds for total reps
             30 seconds on 30 seconds off
             -Ab Mat sit ups
             -True Push ups
             -Kettle Swings 55#/35#
             -Double Unders

Do 30 seconds of ab mat sit ups, rest 30 seconds then 30 seconds of true push ups and so on for five total rounds.

Post total reps.
