                  -Ride Airdyne 50 calories
                  -25 Air Squats
                  -10 burpees
                  -50 Double Unders

Strength:  Squat 5 sets 3 reps

WOD:  Every minute on the minute:
             5 minutes
                -10 Thrusters 95#/65#
             Rest 5 minutes
             5 minutes
                -5 burpees
                -15 air squats
