                  -10 Push ups
                  -5 burpees

WOD:  5 rounds NOT For Time:
             -10 Body Weight Bench Press
             -7 Strict Pull Ups
             -10 Strict Press 40% Body Weight
             -7 Strict Chin ups

Post weight used for bench and press.
