Warm up:  Choice, work on mobilizing.  Roll out and use the bands to stretch out.

Strength:  Rest

WOD:  4 rounds max effort, each for time.
             -Row 100m
             -12 push ups
             -12 Kettle Swings 55#/35#
             -12 Ball Slams 30# / 25#
             -12 GHD Sit ups
              Rest 3 minutes

Post time for each round.
