-5 power cleans
-5 toes to bar
-7 power cleans
-7 toes to bar
-9 power cleans
-9 toes to bar
-11 power cleans
-11 toes to bar
-13 power cleans
-13 toes to bar
-15 power cleans
-15 toes to bar
If you make it to this point keep going to 17, then 19 and so on.
Post weight used and furthest round completed plus reps for next round.
