WOD: 4 rounds
-10 reps body weight bench
Rest 1 minute
-Max reps pull ups or chin ups
Rest 30 seconds
-25 ghd sit ups
Rest 2 minutes
After last round cash out with 50 hand release push ups for time.
Post # of pull ups each round and time for push ups.
