Strength:  Back Squat 5 sets 3 reps

WOD:  For time
             -Buy in 25 burpees
              3 rounds
             -30 Wall Balls 20# / 8#
             -30 GHD Sit ups
             -Cash out 25 burpees

Post squat weight and time.
