Warm up:  Run

Strength:  Bench 3 sets 7 reps

WOD:  7 Rounds each for time
             -10 pull ups
             -10 push ups
             -10 knees to elbows
             -10 bar dips
            Rest 2 minutes between rounds.

Post Bench Weight and time for EACH round!
