Warm up:  Dynamic

Strength:  None

WOD:  On the Minute for 20 minutes
             Odd minutes (1,3,5,7,9 etc)
             -5 Power Cleans 135#/95#
             Even minutes (2,4,6,8 etc)
             -50 Double Unders

If you fail to get all the reps in the minute, just start the next round and mark down a penalty.

At the end of 20 minutes perform 5 burpees for each penalty.

Post # of penalties and burpees.
