                           -50 Wall Balls
                           -50 Ab Mat Sit Ups
                           -50 Walking Lunge Steps
                           -50 Double Unders
                           -50 Box Jumps 18"/12"
                           -50 Air Squats
                           -10 Stair Climbs up and down

Post Squat weight and time.
