Strength:  Dead Lift 3 sets 20 reps

WOD:  10 rounds for time of:
                                                     -10 Plyo ball push ups
                                                     -10 Supine Ring Pull Ups
                                                     -10 Sumo dead lift high pulls 75#/55#

Post dead lift and time.
