Warm up:  Run

Strength:  Dead Lift 1 1/2 times body weight
                10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1
                This is not for time, but try to get through it with minimal rest between sets.

WOD:  5 rounds each for time
             -Run 200m
             -15 wall balls 20#/10#
             -10 box jumps 24"/18"
             -5 Power Cleans 185# / 135#
             Rest 3 minutes between rounds

Post Dead Lift weight, and time for EACH round!
