WOD:  For Time:
             -50 Wall Balls 20#/10#
             -40 GHD Sit Ups
             -30 Box Jumps 30"/24"
             -20 Knees to Elbows
             -10 Burpee Box Jumps 24"/18"

Post squat weight and time.
