Warm up:  Aerodyne or Row for 10 minutes

Strength:  Squat 3 sets 20 reps.  Focus on good deep breathing for each rep.

WOD:  Four rounds for time
             -25 Kettle swings 55# / 35#
             -25 GHD Sit ups

Post squat weight and time.
