Warm up:  Choice

Strength:  In WOD

WOD:  For time
             Front Squat 95# / 65#
             1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10
             10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1
             Box Jumps 30" / 24"

So first set is 1 front squat (pick the bar up from the floor and clean it to rack position) and 10 box jumps, then 2 front squats and 9 box jumps.  So on until you do 10 squats and 1 box jump.
