WOD:  5 Rounds For Time
              -20 Double Unders
              -5 Push Press 155#/105# (Power Clean the weight up to rack position)
              -20 Double Unders
              -7 Body Weight Bench Press
              -20 Double Unders
              -10 Ring Dips
