Warm up:  Choice

Strength:  Bench 3 sets 5 reps  If you got all your reps at this weight last week, add 10# if not stay at the same weight.

WOD:  AMRAP 15 minutes
             -5 Pull ups
             -5 Push ups
             -5 Chin ups
             -5 Bar dips

Post Bench Weight and # of rounds completed.
