WOD:  3 rounds EACH for time
             -20 Hand Release Push Ups
             -7 Burpees
             -20 Box Jumps 24"/18"
             -7 Burpees
             -20 Ab Mat Sit Ups
             -7 Burpees
             -40 Double Unders
   
            Rest 3 minutes between rounds.

Post time for each round!
